This cake boasts a velvety texture & the delightful scent of pandan essence complements the creaminess of coconut.

What remains etched in my memory is the bird nest cake we ordered for my mom's birthday with customised topper from NYIX.

Cute is cute but its just same type of sponge cake & whipping cream with assorted flavors , im anticipating for the black forest one but just meh 🤷🏻‍♀️
