Hi,

We were sad that one of our customer had an unpleasant experience in our store today. So we had already replied his comments/feedbacks on google map as well as sabahreview.com.

Once again we were truly sorry for the unpleasant experience today and thank you for giving us feedback.

I don't think that's a issue for having this kind of packaging tho.. if the product don't have anymore then just order others la 🤣

The packaging isnt an issue but we thinking the user has mistakenly thought that the mango sago (beverage) which he ordered before is the same thing as what he ordered today which is mango shaved ice. Its two different range of products which has completely different packaging and serving cup. Its more on misunderstanding on the product that our shop offer but we still very sad and sorry to hear the user had an unpleasant experience in our shop. We will try to improve on workers' issue handling skill to minimize issue like this to ever happen again.
