Today we went as usual to have our usual sago with mango. But we found out thst the item no more in menu. We ordered something similar to that. And we was, served as oer attached picture. Usually they will give us in sealed cup. We shocked and ask the waiter for the explanation. It seems he is not happy with our complaint and just left the order on table. He dont even bother to inform us that the order is ready to collect. And for the business owner. Please focus on your packing material, previously it was ok and i dont know why there is sudden change in packing material. We make decision not to go anymore to this place. Thank you.

We will for sure further improve on this matter.On this issue, it seemed that you have order mango shaved ice today as seen in the photo you have uploaded. It is a different range of product than the Mango sago icy milk (beverage) which we served before (We have changed our beverage menu recently). We have always served shaved ice in this kind of plastic cup for the dine in.We truly sorry if there was miscommunication/confusion over this.
