🌸 Spring Blossom Fan-TARTS-tic
This home based pastries is owned by a young man, Alvin. I've been purchase from him during special occasions.
This year CNY he has released a spring blossom tarts-tas-tic box with new & twisted flavours.
⛰️ 步步高升hazelnut dark chocolate with orange
it's rich in dark chocolate flavour but I couldn't taste the orange though. The whole presentation is like viewing a scenic art.
The mountains are made from chocolate & painted with edible gold color.
大🍊大利 calamansi mango meringue
The taste of calamansi & mango blended well. Citrusy tangy flavour of both. Quite appetising.
🌸 花开富贵 rose oolong beetroot *contain alcohol*
This contain both of my favourite, rose & tea. The tart is decorated delicately with a piece of pink flower shaped chocolate & dried rose petals.
Earthiness of oolong tea leaves with sweetness from the rose water.
💰 财源广进 calamansi jasmine matcha
Sour, bitter & slightly sweetness.
The calamansi taste led ahead then the taste of jasmine tea & matcha bitterness.
Tarts are packed in a transparent square box, tarts are visible like artistic masterpiece.
