🐷 'PORK' n Roll 🍚

Chinese Filipino cuisine by Ching's Recipe has been selling at Lido Square Food Court since many years ago. My favourite & regular order is their Longganisa, Phillipines 100% pork sausage with family's recipe. Customer can get it either with steamed white rice & sunny side up set or just pork sausages with minimum order. This time I ordered their Lechon Kawali (deep fried pork belly) with rice set. It served with their homemade gravy. The pork skin is perfectly deep fried & crispy, neither rubber-like texture nor hard to chew type. Just nice & lovely. I'll definitely ask for extra gravy next time. Their pork products are available in frozen packaging & Grab & FoodPanda as well. They've other popular Phillipines menu like Cripsy Pata (deep fried pork knuckles) available in few sizes. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments.
