I found a new KL franchise restaurant serve varieties of deep fried chicken, chicken satay, jumbo sausages & giant squid. Their signature, ayam gunting, available in 2 types of flavours - original & spicy. Original is crispy & spicy is mala sensation. Chicken was marinated before coated & deep fried with their batter then cut with scissors into smaller pieces. There's bone in few slices of the 'ayam gunting' despite the chicken is thinly deep fried. Ayam gunting is so dry. They serve breakfast now & accept cash for payment.
