As someone who understand the importance of timely hepatitis B vaccination, I found their reminder systeme would be a lifesaver.
The staff at the clinic did made phone to remind me on the actual day, but unfortunately that day maybe too busy totally forgot it after answer the call🤣

I not sure how about others clinic but I do appreciate they did remind me once and thanks God just now swipe my call history and saw their call..its been two weeks.. service 9/10 because they still can improve with continuous reminders(my bad😝)
