I’m still reeling from how much pudding I got for just RM 11! I ordered the normal Milk Pudding Bingsu (RM 7) and topped it off with an extra RM 4 pudding add-on, which resulted in this absolute masterpiece. 🍧

The texture is so silky, but the real game-changer is the free-flow Gula Melaka and condensed milk they provide. You absolutely have to mix it with the Gula Melaka—the smoky sweetness combined with the icy bingsu is pure heaven in this heat! 🍯

It’s rare to find a dessert this satisfying and huge without breaking the bank. Definitely a 10/10 hidden gem you need to try before it gets too crowded! 🙌

You just grab a plate, pile on your choice of noodles, and add whatever sides catch your eye. It’s efficient, a bit chaotic in a charming way, and perfect for when you want a solid meal without waiting an hour for a table.

I recently went for the dark, savory fried noodles topped with a fried egg and some dim sum on the side. The Siumai was surprisingly plump and flavorful, and that crispy bean curd roll added a nice texture to the plate. Everything tasted fresh and hit that salty, savory spot that only good street-style noodles can. It’s the kind of "comfort food" that feels like a local staple rather than a tourist trap.

Price-wise, you’re looking at RM12 to RM20 depending on how many extras you pile on, which is very reasonable for the portion size and quality. It’s not fancy dining, but the food tastes genuinely good and the energy of the place is infectious. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick, satisfying lunch while exploring the area.

Quick Bite at Foo Yuen (Gaya Street)

Located at the bustling commercial center of Likas Square, features a kopitiam-like restautant with variety of cuisines, as well as offering economy rice and mee for ready-to-go breakfast and lunch.

The staffs have always been professional, with occasional greetings to customer at times, as well as offering many services with great attitude. The food has been either hit-or-miss, but you cant really complain with the average menu price of RM10 to RM15. The environment is decently cozy and well decorated despite being a small restaurant.

Overall, this restaurant is a viable choice for ready-to-go breakfast or lunch, and can be a good hangout spot with friends and family.

Convenient and Efficient Food Hub

Starting off with the environment, it feels very decorated especially with the upcoming CNY theme, which provide a great and relaxing way to have dinner. The food is also great as the burger i ordered along with the fries looks crispy and mouth-watering. Besides that, an amazing service by the staffs as well as providing a waived parking ticket on basement parking. The downside is that this is not a very budget-friendly restaurant as it is only a "once a while to eat" restautant.

A relaxing and high end dinner

The cafe has a chill and relaxing vibe. The bingsu tastes nice, and the shaved ice is made with milk, which you can really taste. Overall, a pleasant place to hang out and enjoy dessert.

Bingsu 

If youre looking for a cozy spot to hangout and eat bingsu, then you may check out Brown Cafe, situated right at the heart of the bustling Gaya Street. 

Upon entering, the staffs welcomed us with friendly greetings, as well as being quite informative about the menu they offered. There were wide varieties of desserts such as bingsu, cakes and even drinks. The desserts is pretty amazing and savoury, its just enough to chill you down while living in a scorching environment. 

While the desserts and staffs are spot on, the environement looks a bit too minimalist with not too much decorations laying down. But overall if youre looking for a place to eat desserts while hanging out with friends and family, or working/studying, then Brown Cafe is a relaxing/cozy spot for you!

Cozy and Chilly haven

Located right in the heart of Gaya Street, this restaurant has caught my attention for not just its wide variety of cuisines, but the stylish environment and the lovely services provided by the staffs. Once entered, we were welcomed with warm greetings by the staffs with friendly attitude, the staffs are also very informative when it comes to describing their menus/services they provide. Moving onto the food, its undoubtedly very tasty, savoury and delicious, whats surprise me is the wide variety of local cuisines, western cuisines as well as chinese "wok-hey" they could offer. The price is reasonable considering how well decorated and lively of the environment of this restaurant. To have all this amazing eating experience, it is crucially to come earlier as this restaurant can be crowded and fulled late in the day.

I ate here with my friend. Overall, the food is nice. The kimchi is not too spicy, which is suitable for those who don’t like very spicy food. The portion size is normal. A decent place for a casual meal.

The cake tastes nice and the price is reasonable. I’d personally like it more if there was less cream, but overall it’s still enjoyable 😍
One downside is that customers can’t sit and eat there, so it’s more suitable for takeaway.

You may wondered how can anyone enjoyed a good steamboats where we live in a very hot environment all year round, well thats not the case for Kun BBQ and Steamboat right in the heart of bundusan! For just rm59 we get to enjoyed a full 2-hour unlimited steamboat buffet with many kinds of meat, veges as well as condiments. The services are amazing with the staff being super-friendly and joyful, cracking a few jokes at times and laughing with customers as well. The only flaws i encountered is the lack of open space as the buffet area to get frozen foods may get crowded easily, adding it with the long time of restocking all these food. But overall its an amazing experience especially if youre looking for a place to enjoy steamboat and laughing with friends and families!

What impressed me is the environment of the restaurant, the folk-style decorations makes eating experience lively and enjoyable. Its undoubtedly that the food here taste very nice and amazing. One major flaws that i have discovered is the services that provided, tissue paper were non existences, as well as the lack of amenities like sauces. Overall, it is a great restaurant to hangout with friends and family as it offers great value and money-worth experiences
