Service is painfully show whether it's due to a lack of staff or inefficient operations , waiting times are much longer than they should be 🤣🤣

PS# I won't be purchasing Chagee again from this branch or anywhere in Sabah unless I'm in China or KL because their speed is really faster compare Sabah's service speed!! 🤮

Slow operations

Been a loyal customer of this skin life laser clinic for years , spending thousands on their services. However , the way the staff treat customers is truly dissapointing . They come across as rude and uninterested , making it seem like they don't even want to be there. 🤣

Dr Tan is a friendly professional and he takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly , making you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His services are reasonably priced with discounts available making quality care more accessible. Highly recommend him !
