This is one of the best cafes in Cheras, a small shop below an apartment that sells brunch and homemade cakes.

A few of my favourites are: pandan layer cake - super light and fragrant, and not too sweet; cempedak cake - a rustic loaf cake that’s perfect for everyday eats.

I love how their cakes are a variety of everyday favorites such as banana loaf, and also some interesting twists (but still homely and tasty) such as cempedak loaf and watermelon cake.

The coffee and brunch items here are excellent too, and the people are very friendly. It’s a place I would love to go back again and again.

The only setback here is the parking, which is a challenge, and the long queue on weekends due to limited seating. But such a good cafe is a rare find and I really cannot recommend it more!
