First time coming to this shop as its a bit far from my home..easy to locate but the parking can be tricky if you come during peak hours. 

I ordered their Ngiu chap with Kon Lau Kuey Teow..and I love it! 🤩 Portion is generous, there was a lot of meat! The soup is so tasty- beefy, a bit sweet but just right for me, not too gingery too.. The kuey teow also tasted yummy, I just added lots of calamansi juice as I like my noodles tangy. The combo was perfect! 👌

The shop could be busy during peak hours. I came around 10.30am and it was almost full, luckily I got a table. The restaurant is clean and lots of staff attending to orders. Not too spacious but I guess that gives you the vibes of a classic busy noodle shop.  Utensils and some condiments are self-service which is normal.

For drinks,, I ordered cold teh tarik less sugar.  It came in a big glass and it was sooo good. Total spent was Rm17 for the soup and drink.  Would love to come back for the laksa ngiu chap next time. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family..

Decided to come here as it's famous for its beef soup so I thought I'll give it a try. I went on a weekday morning and it's not that busy.

Serving time was around 5-7mins after ordering, not bad. Ordered the Apiwon Beef Ball with Noodle and Teh Tarik. Paid less than Rm15 for the meal.

The Beef Ball soup is more on the clear broth type..more peppery..not so tasty for me..and not the usual Chinese 5-spice broth (that I actually prefer more..)  The beef slices were not that soft to my liking, compared to other beef noodle shops. So if you want your beef to have more bite to it, this is the place for you.

The meatballs however were really nice, Can feel the beefy-ness of it and the texture was perfect for me.  The serving itself is good, however I think there's a lot of noodles (I ordered mee hoon) in my bowl and I cannot finish it, comparing to the ratio of meat served.

For me, there's nothing special with their soup unless you have grown with this restaurant and prefer how they prepare it.. Can give it a try..Not sure if I will come back..maybe, maybe not..coz I have yet to try their other menu items.  I have seen other people ordered the fish noodle with lots of veggies, maybe that's the good one.. 😅

Environment-wise, the space is really kept clean and tidy.. It's right next to the road so it can be busy as it's next to a mamak and a mini-pasar. Parking space is also quite limited so come early.



Known for it's beef soup but...

I always come here for tapau and finally had the time to sit down and dine in. Ordered the mixed beef noodle and it came with different parts of beef and meatballs as well. 

The broth is really delicious, feels like a warm hug 🤗 😍 The beef slices are very tender, as well as the beef tendons and the other parts too.  You can feel that it was cooked with love and longgg hours of slow-cooking. I also enjoyed the meatballs as it was just the right firmness for me. Texture-wise it's good as well. 

The kedai is well-kept and clean. It can be busy on weekend mornings.  Service is fast and not lousy at all. The total I paid is Rm11.50 including a cup of hot teh tarik, so value-wise you really get a bang for your buck.

So far, this is my fave ngiu chap stall in KK. But still need to explore more shops. But overall, I'm really satisfied with the food and the service.  In the meantime, I'll keep coming back and explore their other menu items. 🤩

Comfort food at it's best 👌 

My first time here and the food didn't disappoint.. Ordered the Tom Yam Isi Ikan Fresh (you can also choose fried) and comes with a plate of noodles. I chose Kon Lau Mee (can choose Mee Hoon, Kuey Teow, etc...

The TomYam soup spice level is just right for me, not too spicy.. The Ikan itself is fresh and luckily there was no bones in my serving. The Kon Lau Mee is springy and Al dente which I like.  Just added lots of lime into it as I like my noodles tangy, compliments with the soya from the Kon Lau Mee 👌 Together, it's a perfect combo for me.

For the Soup set with noodles and Hot Teh Tarik  I paid Rm15. Overall, good value for me.. 

Service is good, right amount of staff and waiting time is between 5-10mins. Can be busy in the mornings when I went. The restaurant is located right next to 88 Mall, so there is ample parking around.

Will definitely come back again and try other things in their menu.. 

Delicious TomYam Ikan Soup

Food was yummy and portion-wise its good. We tried their lamb shoulder with bbq sauce, came with cucumber salad and a small bowl of soup.  For rm24 it was worth it.. Their meat might be a bit fatty but still ok considering the price.  There's not much Arabic food options but they have the typical nasi goreng and mee goreng.  When we came at 7pm, it was full house and there was a lot of Grab riders waiting outside. Our food came after 35-40mins of waiting. A bit slow but maybe its because of Buka Puasa time.  Service-wise, I think they can do better since the servers look tired and therefore a little more manpower will help especially during Ramadan time.

The space is okay but I think they can increase business by getting more space coz it was quite tight when it was full-house.
