A no lard and halal ramen house (muslim-friendly)
Have been here a number of times already because of how intensely flavourful the varieties are, and the service is excellent, given how friendly, speedy, and attentive they are. I had Toripaitan Extreme Egg Ramen (thin noodle), The chicken broth is superb. Marvellous with thin ramen + few drops of lemon. Very few Japanese restaurants come close to the umami taste of the chicken broth. Will repeat.
