🥤Nasi Kerabu & Teh Tarik Madu Ais😋

I'm strongly suggest trying out this authentic Kelantan cuisine despite being situated far from the city.

Unless you're staying at Menggatal or Sepanggar vicinity, this is definitely a must-visit spot for food enthusiastic.

It was my second time here. Although I've been curious to try their other 'nasi' choices, but 'nasi kerabu' still my priority.

I've added on deep-fried scrambled egg, curry chicken with eggplants, also their signature drink - Teh Tarik Madu Ais

They accept cash & e-wallets for payments. The restaurant has expanded with additional selections.

We bought some banana, sweet potato fritters & buko pandan (not in picture) for desserts after finished our meals.

Limited parking is available during the weekend. The restaurant is swarmed with regular patrons during brunch hour.

Kthxbye.

Super tasty Malay food and Teh Tarik Madu👍🏻👍🏻

Many thanks to @HumanBurrito.bki’s review. I always crave for malay food cause its always cheap, affordable and delicious but not sure where can find the good food.🤤 First time here, restaurant packed with people, you need to line up to get your food order.

I had my nasi kerabu (RM12) came with 6 side dishes (shredded coconut, raw cabbage, pickled cucumber, raw bean sprouts, keropok and salted egg). The sauce they put on the nasi kerabu is so delicious, it looks like curry but not spicy at all, but slightly sweet. Overall i like it so much.

Wuu and another thing is their Teh Tarik Madu (RM6.50) 👍🏻👍🏻 I think this is the best I have ever had in KK. The taste is superb, sweetness is ngam ngam hou, same like u drinking Thai milk tea and the plus point is wont “Giap” at all!!

Hope to see @HumanBurrito.bki share more this kind of comfort food 😆

🍺 Teh Tarik Madu Ais 🍯

This restaurant is well-known of their authentic kelatan cuisine. Their must try & signature are nasi kerabu & teh tarik madu.

Customer inform the service staff what 'nasi' they want then choose what dishes want to try.

There are various cooked dishes of the day. From stir fried veggies to different kinds of braised poultry & deep fried seafood.

I ordered nasi kerabu with ayam gulai & teh tarik madu, my friend's nasi hujan panas with sweet curry egg, deep fried catfish & bandung.

Their beverages definitely are one of a kind, affordable price & average sweetness. I love mine, strong flavour tea & honey.

My nasi kerabu & side dishes are delicious, the ayam gulai is lack of taste, the gravy is tasteless but the chicken is alright.

Meanwhile, my friend truly love & enjoyed his dishes, deep fried catfish is wonderful & his bandung is vividly tasty.

Both of us couldn’t finish the drinks & ended up takeaway. Cutleries are self-servicing, there's basin for washing hands.

This restaurant is swarmed with regular customers, especially from kl. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments.

Service crews are polite & hardworking. They clean the table immediately after customer left. Ambience can be quite hot during afternoon.

I'll return again to try other type of nasi & dishes. Checkout my ig;_humanburrito.bki for pictures & videos.

Nasi Kerabu 🤤🤤🤤

My sister and I drove all the way up there to eat this. The first time we went there, we saw long queue, we didn't wanna wait, so we left. And this time, although long queue but 不能错过, so I said: haiya 都到了, 排队罢了啦

The queue was relatively fast lah, not long then it was our turn already, we shared 1 plate of nasi kerabu. There was a variety of lauk for you to choose, so we added on 2 pieces of kari ayam + 1 scoop of stir fried eggplant + 2 fried sambal eggs. That's why 1 big plate, BANJIR 👁️👄👁️ the sambal on the side was really good 很开胃 but 🥵🥵 the cucumber slices and taugeh very refreshing, gave extra crunch to the whole texture, the shredded coconut very wangiiiii, 炒得很香. The keropok and salted egg was okay. The rice (underneath) was a bit too wet, 不是一粒粒的饭, I know some people might be very particular with their rice texture, so yeah this is a fyi.

For drinks, we both had teh tarik madu, very big cup, we should have shared 1 cup only, cuz we ended up being very full although we shared 1 plate of rice.

If you wanna go, you better go before the crowd starts swarming in around lunch time, because everyone who dined there, they pandai2 cop tables for them and their parties. Have to 分工合作 hahahaha, some go order and make payment, some go cop table. If I'm free, I would definitely go back here again 😌
