皮蛋瘦肉粥

People goes here eat bak kut teh, I go here eat porridge 🤡 and is it just me, or does the porridge here tastes better than the ones I cook at home? 🤡 Honestly, you can never go wrong with eating pork slices century egg porridge, it is always a classic.

I did not go there for quite a long time, they upgraded, having a better system in making your order online by scanning QR code. If you still prefer old fashion way to order, you can just ask for the staff to take your order too. I went with my dad, he had bak kut teh, we went here many times before, just that it has been quite some time for me.

Damai 出名的肉骨茶,味道没有以前好吃

这一间每到旁晚5-6点都会座无虚席,一位难求。但是不用担心,因为员工会一直不断的开新的座位让更多顾客能选择内用。

猪脚醋 - 味道还是不错的,够酸!在亚庇应该算是好吃了。喜欢酸一点的应该会喜欢他们的猪脚醋。
酱汁方面没有以前那么浓郁了,感觉比较“水”。以前当你舀了一汤匙的酱汁,会有黏稠度类似糖浆的视觉。现在没有了。猪肉方面给的比例很好,有肥有瘦。最怕就是得到一碗只有肥油,要不然就只有硬巴巴的瘦肉。卤蛋没有以前卤的那么透,味道进不去。感觉就是普通的水煮鸡蛋。

肉骨茶肉圆- 肉圆偏向于比较软,没有那么硬。口感不错,没有什么腥味。肉骨茶汤也是没有以前那么浓郁。但是还是很好喝。如果再浓一点就更好了!一定要趁热喝!我也算了这一碗大约有16粒肉圆 😂,份量可以接受的。

价钱方面是偏高一点,但是可以理解。猪肉也起价了。环境就可以接受。虽然会有很多客人,但是也有一定的距离。服务方面可以接受,但是没有笑脸。脸有点臭臭的😂
