最近特多人介绍这家在lintas square 的广州西关石墨肠粉。 之前的确吃过他们的肠粉。肠粉真的不错吃，但是重点在于你点什么料去搭配肠粉。因为我之前同一时间吃了叉烧肠粉和猪肝加蛋肠粉，两盘的味道的确很不同。猪肝加蛋肠粉吃起来很清淡，味道也只是带点咸咸的。反而叉烧肠粉还蛮好吃，也许是因为味道是属于甜甜咸咸加上叉烧也还不错吃。肠粉的口感和平时吃的的确有不同。通常在点心点吃的都是滑滑的，有一点厚度。这间的肠粉是很薄的一层，而且一样也是很滑。
回到这盘卤面，我叫的是叉烧卤面。味道真的还好而已，很普通很单调没什么特别。就咸咸的，带点八角的味道。如果味道带一点甜味中和他的咸味应该会比较好吃。面很软，喜欢吃口感偏有嚼劲的就应该不会喜欢吃卤面。这个面很像沙捞越干捞面的那种面。我不确定为什么脸书那么多介绍他家的卤面，就只能说这只是我个人的口味。
